Social Drinks: The Engineer’s House
Come and join us for a relaxed beer garden meetup at The Engineer’s House on Weds 1st July at 6:30pm. This is a low-key, informal social and another chance to come along, meet a few people, and ease into the group in a casual setting. The Engineer’s House is run by Calverley’s Brewery, with a good choice of drinks available, including non-alcoholic options. They also do wood-fired pizzas on site, so there’s food available if people fancy it. More info about the venue here: https://camra.org.uk/pubs/engineers-house-cambridge-131430 We’ll be on a table under the stretch tent, so we will be fine even if it happens to rain. You can park at Tescos on Newmarket Road, or access the venue from the Riverside side. The Engineer’s House is next to Kerb Kollective at Cambridge Museum Of Technology. This is a low-pressure social for neurodivergent adults in and around Cambridge. You’re welcome whether you’re autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, questioning, or just feeling suspiciously seen by the term neurospicy. There’s no agenda and no forced icebreakers. Just come along, grab a drink or some food if you fancy it, and say hello. It’s completely fine to be quiet at first, dip in and out of conversation, or only stay for a short while.
