Sounds Green - Cambridge Botanic Garden
Each Wednesday evening in July, there is live entertainment in the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens, starting at 6.30pm. A celebration of summer and music, Sounds Green provides the perfect opportunity to embrace the sights, sounds and summer scents in the Garden on a (hopefully) warm, summer evening. Join Alan for this special musical experience - he will meet you at 6.15pm at the Hills Road/Station Road entrance to the Botanic Gardens and will be waiting by the statue. You can buy tickets ahead of time if you wish. They cost the normal price of admission for the day - adults £8.50; children 16 and under free. Tickets are available at: https://www.botanic.cam.ac.uk/whats-on/sounds-green-2026-week-1/ Picnics are welcome but there are also a variety of food trucks, and don't forget to bring something to sit on - either a rug or folding chair. If after signing up you realise you can no longer attend, don't forget to let Alan know that you won't be there.
