Love Train (DJ Set) is an intimate daytime party hosted by the legendary Brutus Gold. This is the DJ set format with live performers - a more personal, up-close take on the Love Train experience. Expect classic feel-good hits from the golden era of disco, uplifting grooves and a lively dancefloor atmosphere delivered in an intimate setting. Think Donna Summer, Sister Sledge, Chic, Rose Royce, The O'Jays, and more. Stepping back from the full production - no elaborate stage show, just Brutus on the decks with performers alongside, the music front and centre, and a room full of people who came to dance. Support comes from Soul Boutique, keeping things rooted in soul, funk and dancefloor selections throughout. Please note: this is the Love Train DJ set with performers, not the full Love Train Live show. Same love, same energy, different format. Come as you are. Dance how you feel. Everyone welcome. Joshua Brooks' Void Acoustics system under the bricked arches brings out every bass line and string arrangement the way disco was meant to be heard. Day Time Disco runs 4pm to 8pm, all the energy of a proper disco session, home before midnight.
