Liberation Sound make the point that this a political thing for them, started on demos and marches. It’s about the dance but also about shouting. They’re coming to take over our night, Samrai running the broadest range of tunes, Nuradin on the mic. We can’t wait to welcome them to our corner fresh from once again running the Seen stage at SFTOC recently with Samrai back to back with local ledge Mr Scruff. Blending intergenerational diasporic sounds, a love of soundsystem culture with freedom music, liberation chants and the resistance spirit of protest and solidarity.
